Order Status
Why is there no sales tax on my initial invoice?
  Only purchases shipped to the states of Florida, Tennessee, and Texas are charged sales tax, and the taxes for those states vary based on shipping location. The correct sales tax will be assessed when the credit card is charged.

No sales tax is charged for items shipped to other states.
How does the in-store pickup option work?
  The in-store pickup option is available for customers who are in the DFW area only. All store sales will be completed at MultiCam Headquarters, and each sale will be charged sales tax since the headquarters location is in the state of Texas.

Store transactions are not made available to regional Technology Centers, so customers will need to contact their Technology Center directly for information on the availability of an item.
What is the difference between "Ship Complete" and "Ship On-hand?"
  "Ship Complete" elects that items be held until all can ship at once. "Ship On-hand" elects to ship available items immediately and others as they become available. There will be 2 or more different order tracking numbers and 2 or more shipping charges if "Ship On-hand" is chosen.

Customer Service may contact you if you have selected "Ship Complete" for an order and there is a delay in completing the order within the shipping time you requested.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right-hand side of our site to check your order status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right-hand side of our site to view the orders you have placed. Then click the Change quantities / cancel orders link to find and edit your order.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  The tracking order number will be emailed to you once the package is shipped, and you can track the package from the shipper's web site.
What if my order never arrived?
  The tracking number will be emailed to you once the item(s) ship(s). If you have not received an email with a tracking number, then either the item has not shipped yet or your email address is incorrect in our system. The status of the shipment will be listed under My Account / Order Status.

  • If the shipper shows the package as being delivered, then contact the shipper or customer service.


  • If an item is in backorder, then review "When will my backorder arrive?" below.
What if an item is missing from my shipment?
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have already shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, then check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact the shipper or customer service for assistance.
What if my product is missing parts?
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have already shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, then check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact the shipper or customer service for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are delayed because our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock. Once their stock is available, we will be able to ship the item to you and will send you an email advising.
